As 2024 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible year of growth, innovation, and impact at Siro. 1. Announcing Our Partnership with ServiceTitan

This year, we proudly partnered with ServiceTitan to launch Sales Pro, revolutionizing sales coaching for contractors. As ServiceTitan CEO Ara Mahdessian said, “With Sales Pro, you'll see somewhere around a 10% increase in your average ticket, 10% increase in your close rate, and if you do both of those things, you’ll see a more than 20% increase in your actual revenue. That’s what we believe is the power behind Sales Pro, and it'll only get more powerful.”

By seamlessly integrating Siro into ServiceTitan’s platform, we’re delivering 100% recording coverage, creating a unified learning experience, and surfacing best practices from top performers. Contractors now have access to curated examples of excellent sales tactics, transforming the way they learn and grow. This partnership marks a new era for sales coaching in the trades.

2. Launching Ask Siro

In July, we introduced Ask Siro—a groundbreaking AI-powered tool that analyzes conversations and provides actionable sales coaching. According to Erin Selsemeyer, Data Scientist at Siro, “What began as an AI sales coach analyzing individual appointments has evolved into the foundation of our intelligence platform—identifying crucial moments, extracting key facts, and delivering nuanced sales coaching.”

Ask Siro has unlocked new possibilities for personalized coaching at scale, empowering sales reps to learn from their own recordings or their peers’. This innovation has quickly become an essential part of our platform, redefining conversation intelligence.

3. Expanding into Home Improvement

One of the biggest moments of the year was welcoming Great Day Improvements as a client. As one of the largest and most respected home improvement companies in the country, Great Day sets the standard for excellence in the industry. Their trust in Siro validates the impact of our platform at scale.

Earlier this year, Great Day’s Regional Sales Manager, Mike Schember, shared how Siro transformed their sales results:

“Within three months of recording sales calls, our team saw a $756 per rep average yield increase. If I applied that to all of our leads we ran last year, or bumped that number up on a grander scale company-wide, that would have equated to $42 million in additional sales.”
